Our catalog has recently been updated and features many new items, an index by part number, and more descriptive information than ever. Products are grouped by segment (EMG/NCS, EEG/Sleep, IONM, Eye & Ear, and Gels/Pastes) for ease of searching. And, various symbols and a symbol key have been added so that the reader can easily see which products are new products, which are top-selling products, best bargains, or part of our “Pediatric Collection.” Because prices are subject to change, prices are not directly printed on the catalog, but a price insert is included and the latest prices are always on our website.
Try Before You Buy! (Free product samples):
We are confident that our products are of the highest quality and value, and we hope you agree. This program is designed to let you try the actual product to make sure you like it before committing to purchase the product. The Try Before You Buy program is limited to new customers/prospects, or existing customers who wish to try a new or different product that they have not used before. Certain limitations or restrictions apply – see below.
If you like the products, please let us know if you would like to place an order for more. Conversely, if you do NOT like the products, we ask that you contact us and give us your feedback.
Limitations and Restrictions: Samples are for use by (or under the direction of) licensed physicians. No more than two (2) free product types/models allowed, in the limited quantities as described by each item here. For concentric needle electrode samples, you must purchase the manufacturer’s cable ($45; 2 brands to choose from) in order to use the specific brand of manufacturer’s concentric needle samples, or you must agree to return the cable in the event you do not subsequently purchase that brand of needle from us.
Products eligible for free product samples are listed below along with sample quantities and other instructions. In some cases, if you look at our product spec sheets (flyers) on the Downloads webpage, you will see more information on sizes and other specifications. (Limit of no more than 2 different part numbers per physician.)
- PRO Series: Premium Protectrode® - Monopolar EMG Needle Electrodes (5 needles). Specify needle length and gauge.
- DTM Series: Economical Monopolar EMG Needle Electrodes (3 to 10 needles). Specify needle length and gauge.
- BIOC Series: Bionen Concentric EMG Needle Electrodes (3 needles). Specify needle length and gauge. You'll need BIOC-NH cable, sold sep.
- UTC Series: Technomed Concentric EMG Needle Electrodes (3 needles). Specify needle length and gauge. You'll need SFC cable, sold sep.
- DIN Series: Technomed Hypodermic EMG Needles (3 needles). Specify needle length and gauge.
- BIOX Series: Bionen Hypodermic EMG Needles (3 needles). Specify needle length and gauge.
- 1023: Small Hydrogel Surface Electrodes w/Wires (3 sets of 3).
- 1025: Small Hydrogel Surface Electrodes w/Wires (3 sets of 4).

- Ten20 Conductive Paste (10-20-2). (1 small 4 oz jar).
- DO-NP Series: NuPrep Skin Prep Gel (25g). (1 small tube).
- Premium Platinum-Iridium Needle Electrodes (PLAT). (1 needle).
- GR Series: Reusable *VETERINARY* Needle Electrodes (3 needles -1 red, 1 black, 1 white).

- Address (should be ship-to or mailing address including street address, suite number or “attention to” if applicable, city, state, and zip/postal code). If outside the USA, list your country as well (limitations may apply).
