Credit terms (Net 30 days) may be granted upon credit application, management approval, and/or established, continued good payment history. The Electrode Store may apply finance charges to unpaid late balances each month. Finance charges and additional costs incurred in collecting from a delinquent account will be the responsibility of and billed to the customer.
Quality Assurance: Products manufactured by The Electrode Store are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Electrodes that fail due to sub-standard materials or workmanship will be replaced at no charge. Misuse, abuse, expiration, or damage caused by negligent handling voids any warranty.
Returns and Claims: Product returns are allowed in some cases and may be subject to a restocking fee. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Internet orders which are cancelled after they ship are subject to shipping and handling expenses or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Returned items must be in original condition, clean, unopened (if sterile), and undamaged, to qualify for a credit or refund. Returned items must be shipped back to us prepaid (at your expense), and you must enclose a copy of the original invoice and a short note citing the circumstances for the return and the Return Authorization Number (request the Return Authorization number from us prior to shipping). On approved returns, your account will be credited for the purchase price of the merchandise or a refund will be issued, less any restocking or return charges. No returns are allowed on custom items, used items, or items in the field for 2 months or more.
Shipping Information and Shipping Charges: The Electrode Store normally ships FedEx Ground or FedEx International Economy all over the USA, Canada, and select other countries. Other commercial carriers, or expedited FedEx options (e.g., 2nd day air) may be requested. Shipping and handling charges are generally added to your invoice unless other arrangements are made. Expedited shipments are subject to additional charges determined at the time of order. Shipments are picked up at our facility every weekday afternoon. Your order is more likely to ship on the same day IF you order before NOON (12:00 pm Pacific Time), assuming the product is in stock. Shipments are “F.O.B. Origin” unless otherwise indicated. Duties, customs fees, and other import/export fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Note: Products may not be available in some countries. Inspect every package immediately upon receipt and inform the carrier (FedEx or UPS) and The Electrode Store of any damages.
FedEx Ground delivery times in the continental 48 United States vary, but typically take 2-6 business days, depending on how far from our Seattle location you are, as shown below.
Liability: The Electrode Store is not responsible for injury, infection or other damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Federal law limits the sale and use of these products to, or on the order of, a licensed physician. Sterilization of multiple-use products (if allowable and safe), application, and use of these products are the responsibility of the user. Pre-sterilized, disposable products are intended for one-time, single-patient use only. Re-sterilization or re-use of such pre-sterilized products is prohibited and voids any and all warranties.
Pricing: All pricing and transactions are in US Dollars. Current prices are maintained throughout the website on the individual product pages. The Electrode Store constantly works to provide the best value to the medical community. We are working daily to maintain the highest quality in the products we manufacture and price them fairly with an understanding of our customers' budgetary constraints. A few of our products or components are imported, and their pricing is affected by fluctuations in the international currency market. In these cases we may be forced to price each lot individually according to the value of the dollar at the time of purchase.
